Refund policy

🔄 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order number is required.

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved before any item is sent back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

📦 Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

🔧 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To help us review your claim, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- used, installed, worn, or damaged items not caused by our error
- items not in their original packaging
- gift cards
- customized or personalized products
- any item marked as final sale on the product page

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order once your return request has been approved.

💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
