We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

After processing, standard delivery usually takes 8–17 business days within the United States.

Total estimated delivery time is 9–20 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, high order volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Fulfillment

Some orders may be fulfilled by our shipping and logistics partners, including partner warehouses located outside the United States. Because of this, packaging, carrier, and tracking updates may vary depending on the item ordered.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Delayed Orders

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Drivegy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages

If your package appears to be lost or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at support@drivegy.com and we will do our best to assist you.
